Williams and Sons of Calcasieu is led by Avery and Racquel Williams. Both have been longtime residents of Calcasieu Parish and are graduates from McNeese State University. The impetus for their organization began in 1993 with the purchase of their first two-unit rental property in Shreveport, Louisiana. Over the years they have gained valuable industry insight and experience. Currently, the Williams own and successfully manage over 30 units in Calcasieu.
